I am a native Texan, growing up in and around the DFW metroplex. My journey with small businesses started long before Cast Iron Holdings was founded. I grew up around my entrepreneurial grandparents who built their business with hard work and heart. I saw the pride in their eyes when a satisfied customer shook their hand, and the responsibility and loyalty they felt for every employee. That experience gave me a lifelong respect for the grit and dedication it takes to run and grow a successful small business.
I understand that selling your business isn’t just a transaction, but a transition of your life’s work. I will take the time to learn about your company’s values, culture, and the people who make it special. I don’t believe in stripping and flipping businesses for short-term profits, but desire to hold and grow companies indefinitely. I believe in preserving what you’ve built while honoring your team, your customers, and your legacy.
When I'm not working, I enjoy playing with my dogs, listening to music, watching sports, the endless pursuit of hunting for the best burger in America, and attempting to play a round golf without losing more than ten golf balls.
If you’re considering your next chapter, let’s talk. No pressure, no sales pitch—just a conversation about how we can help carry forward what you’ve built with the same dedication and care you always have.
